The youngest ECSA professional has been accredited

Zagreb 8th of Dec: Domagoj Kristic, 15 year old - the youngest ECSA professional has been accredited. This is a perfect proof that the EuroCloud Star Audit program has an interesting and educational content also for the new IT generation.

Domagoj, you are the youngest member in EuroCloud organisation and the youngest owner of ECSA Professional certificate globally. How did this happen?

Since I was a 6 year old, I have been intrested in video games and everything do with computers. I was also intrested in other things to do with computers for example : the theory of the first computer, components of computers and how one may build their own computer. 

Who was responsible for introducing you to EuroCloud?

When my dad said that he is the first man in Croatia with a ESCA Professional certificate I was curious about what that may involve . I started talking about EuroCloud and ESCA with him. Then I got an idea. I will try to become the youngest member of EuroCloud and owner of my very own ESCA certificate. My dad founded an organisation “EuroCloud“ then I asked him if I can become member of his organisation. He was glad that I was interested and then said to me that i can join as a Founder. 

Have you attended any congresses or courses about EuroCloud?

I received an invitation to a EuroCloud congress in Barcelona from 7th to 9th of October. There I met all the EuroCloud presidents , representatives and members. My father suggeted that I can try to do the test and if I pass I will get my own certificate. 

Did you pass any tests?

I was so happy to get the chance to do the test but the test was unfortunately canceled. In Croatia I passed the first two tests with 100% accuracy. 

Who did you share the news with?

When we returned form Barcelona my dad went to my school to the parents meeting. There he said that we are both Founders of EuroCloudCroatia. My professor of informtion technology asked me “What is EuroCloud? “ I explaned to her that EuroCloud is helping people understand what is Cloud and what are the best solutions for the customers. After our conversation she asked me: “ I know , but is this cheap?“ I began to laugh at her and then I left the class. I was amazed at her lack of understanding of Cloud solutions.

What are your plans for the future?

I am very proud to be a part of EuroCloud ecosystem and I will try very hard to get commercial market oriented certificates such is Acredited Trainer and learn as much as possible about EuroCloud projects, programme and activities.
